I. Who can vote?

Anyone sixteen (16) years of age or older located within the fifty (50) United
States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico can vote.

To vote through the America’s Got Talent Official App or online (via
NBC.com/AGTVote), users must register using an email address or Google account
or Apple ID and accept the Official Voting Rules.

II. How do I vote?

Beginning Tuesday, August 13, 2024, there will be two ways to vote for acts on
America’s Got Talent:

> • The America’s Got Talent Official App: up to 10 votes per act per e-mail
> address per method;

> • Online Voting (via nbc.com/AGTVote): up to 10 votes per act per e-mail
> address per method;

 1. The America's Got Talent App

> To vote via The America’s Got Talent Official App, download the App from the
> App Store or Google Play, open the America’s Got Talent Official App, tap the
> VOTE button and create an NBCUniversal profile for free using your email
> address or your Google account or your Apple ID. After you have created a
> profile or logged in to your NBCUniversal Profile, and when the applicable
> Overnight Voting Window is open, click on the act(s) of your choice to assign
> votes to the act. Submit your vote assignments by clicking on “Submit Votes”
> button. You may assign change your votes at any time prior to the end of the
> applicable Overnight Voting Window. Once the applicable Overnight Voting
> Window closes, your vote assignments will be submitted and counted as valid.
> Limit ten (10) votes per act per e-mail address per method. Information
> collected is subject to the NBCUniversal Privacy Policy (located at
> www.nbcuniversal.com/privacy).

 2. Online voting

> To vote online, go to nbc.com/AGTVote and create an NBCUniversal profile for
> free using your email address or your Google account or your Apple ID. After
> you have created a profile or logged in to your NBCUniversal Profile, and when
> the applicable Overnight Voting Window is open, click on the act(s) of your
> choice to assign votes to the act. Submit your vote assignments by clicking on
> “Submit Votes” button. You may assign and change your votes at any time prior
> to the end of the applicable Overnight Voting Window. Once the applicable
> Overnight Voting Window closes, your vote assignments will be submitted and

III. When can I vote?

Voting via The America’s Got Talent Official App and online (via NBC.com) will
be available from the start of each performance episode (Voting Show) airing
August 13, August 20, August 27, September 3, and September 19, 2024 during the
times outlined below (subject to change without notice):

Voting via The America’s Got Talent Official App and online (via NBC.com) will
be available from the start of the performance episode (Voting Show) airing
September 11, 2024 during the times outlined below (subject to change without
notice):

Additional voting windows and/or methods of voting may be added as announced by
NBC and Producer. All times are local to the location listed. If you attempt to
vote by any of the above listed voting methods outside of the Voting Window,
your activity will not count as a vote. Internet access and data rates may
apply. Votes submitted after the applicable Overnight Voting Window are not
valid and will not be counted.

IV. How many times can I vote in the overnight vote?

> • The America’s Got Talent Official App Voting: Vote up to ten (10) times per
> act per e-mail address, per method, per Overnight Voting Window.

> • Online Voting: Vote up to ten (10) times per act, per e-mail address, per
> method, per Overnight Voting Window.

V. V. What does "10 votes per act per e-mail address per voting method” for
Online Voting and voting via The America’s Got Talent Official App mean?

It means that you can cast up to ten (10) votes for each act who is up for vote
for that week during the applicable Overnight Voting Window online and via The
America’s Got Talent Official App. Vote for as many or few acts as you wish but
you cannot vote more than ten (10) times per act, per e-mail address, per voting
method, per Overnight Voting Window.

Producer and Network reserve the right to disqualify, block, or remove any votes
that they determine in their sole discretion as originating from an electronic,
mechanical or automated means, or originating from an individual who tampers
with or otherwise obstructs the voting process, as more fully set forth in the
Official Voting Rules or to take any other actions that they deem appropriate.

VI. How much does it cost to vote?

> • App Voting is subject to standard Internet access charges and data rates may
> apply for app download and usage.

> • Online Voting is subject to standard Internet access charges; data rates may
> apply.

VII. How do I find out the results?

Voting results will be revealed during a subsequent results episode of America’s
Got Talent on NBC. Check your local listings for episode times.

IX. Why can’t I log in with my NBCUniversal Profile using my email address,
Google or Apple ID?

Your NBCUniversal Profile uses the e-mail address you entered when creating a
profile as a unique identifier.

If you created a profile using your email address, you log in using that email
address. However, if you created a profile via Google, you’ll have to use Google
ID to log in. Similarly, if you logged in via Apple, you’ll have to use your
Apple ID to log in.
