ABOUT THIS INITIATIVE

Summary

Europass is a set of online tools and information that supports the user in
their lifelong learning and career management.

It can be used by learners, jobseekers, workers, volunteers, education and
training providers, guidance practitioners and employers, among others.

It helps users to better communicate and present skills and qualifications and
to compare qualifications.

The evaluation will analyse the effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, coherence
and EU added value of Europass since 2018.

Europass est un outil extrêmement complet, individualisé et sécurisé. Au vu des
objectifs ambitieux qu'il s'est fixé, il nécessite cependant une coopération
européenne concertée, une perpétuelle mise à jour et une évolution constante des
informations contenues. Les personnes en France qui ont été invitées à
l'utiliser (pour nous remettre un CV dans la constitution d'un dossier) nous ont
cependant fait remonter un sentiment de découragement...

Smatram da je procedura registracije i log-ina za izradu Europass životopisa
daleko prekomplicirana za prosječnog korisnika. Osobno se vrlo dobro služim
engleskim i informatički pismenost mi nije niske razine, a poprilično sam se i
sam namučio dok nisam objasnio strankama kako da to učine. Radim na Zavodu za
zapošljavanje i više osoba s kojima sam radio su imale problem s izradom
Europassa. Posebno je kompliciran sustav za osobe starije od 40...
