Precinct has specialist expertise in the preparation, lodgement and complete
project management of development applications throughout the development
approval process.

 

We do this on behalf of private sector clients, public entities, community
groups and non-profit organisations.

DEVELOPMENT ASSESSMENT

Precinct is a preferred provider of development assessment services to Local
Government and associated regulatory agencies.

 

This includes in-house and remote assistance with regulatory assessment and
reporting on development applications, plus management and administration of
associated regulatory notices and compliance functions.

Precinct provides strategic property and development advice including Planning

Precinct Urban Planning is pleased to have assisted The Grand Hotel Oakey,
located at 80 Campbell Street, Oakey, in providing town planning services for
the preparation and recent lodgement with Toowoomba Regional Council of a
development application to extend the hotel to include a larger drive-through
bottle shop adjacent to the existing premises.

Congratulations to Australian sporting legends, Benny Elias (Rugby League) and
Mick Doohan (5 times 500cc Motorcycle World Champion) on their development
application recently approved by Toowoomba Regional Council, for a Mixed Use
Service Centre located at Charlton Wellcamp. Precinct Urban Planning recently
prepared and lodged the Development Application with Council for the proposed
development at Warrego Highway, Charlton which includes a supermarket, specialty
shops, motel, tavern, liquor barn and fast-food tenancy and is based on an
innovative design by Aspect - Architects & Project Managers.

We are proud to have assisted in the transformation of this busy part of Anzac
Avenue which is now occupied by a range of commercial and community uses,
including Caltex Service Station, Hungry Jack's, Toowoomba Gardens Early
Learning Centre, Zaraffas Drive-thru Coffee and Oporto Restaurant. Working with
our clients, we have obtained multiple Development Permits to facilitate the
