The first question Brian asked when he came for a measure and quote was what was
the purpose of the blinds and how did we use our space... he totally convinced
us that we would get exactly what suited us by a different product than we had
in mind. He wasn't wrong. We love our new blinds. The installer then worked with
some difficult aspects of fitting to achieve a perfect finish. Professional and
experienced from start to end.

external awnings on our apartment balcony. The sales staff were excellent in
providing information to ensure we got the best product for our needs - we went
with 4 x 99% mesh straight drop blinds and 2 x 99% mesh channel lock blinds -
and were prepared to negotiate an excellent price. And the team of installers
were exceptional with efficinent and timely installation of the blinds. The post
sale follow up from the Fyshwick store to ensure we were happy with the service

Regency Knights were excellent on most aspects of the job - as ever, they were
reliable, punctual, and generally very careful with the work. There was just one
issue where we thought you could have done better: the plantation shutters in
the bathroom look good when they're closed. However, when they're open the gap
between the shutter frame and the window is unsightly. This gap should have been
better covered by additional timber strips when the shutters were installed.
