ID VERIFICATION

Every companion must provide a photo ID and a face scan to ensure the ID they
have used is really them.


PROOF OF ADDRESS

All companions are required to provide a valid UK address and proof of address
in the form of a recent utility bill or bank statement.


INTERVIEWS & DBS

All companions are interviewed when they first join the platform and a DBS
certification is highlighted on their profile if they have one.


VIDEO CALLS & MESSAGING

Users can communicate via a free messaging and video call tool, allowing them to
get to know one another before the visit takes place.


RATINGS & REVIEWS

Organisers and companions can give feedback on each visit they complete, which
are shown clearly on their profile for others to see.


INSURANCE

All of our companions have £1m public liability insurance as standard, for all
of the visits they do on the companiions app.
