PROBLEM

OIL & GAS OPERATORS SPEND BILLIONS EACH YEAR TO MANAGE UNWANTED PRODUCED WATER

A Well intervention and workover jobs are heavily dependent on well performance
data which is typically obtained either through expensive test separators or
using existing multiphase meters (MPFM) with several shortcomings. Existing
MPFMs are radioactive, intrusive, flow regime dependent and do not cover full
range without requiring frequent recalibrations.

algorithms minimize the requirement of frequent recalibration.


ORIENTATION INSENSITIVITY

Our sensing solution is unaffected by the orientation of the pipe. Install our
meter horizontal or vertical depending on the space available on site.

Job Description:

Saher Flow Solutions is looking for an administrative assistant intern to join
its team. Fresh graduates with having a background in business administration,
accounting, finance, & human resource are encouraged to apply. The selected
candidate will be responsible for managing and overlooking day to day operations
of the company. His/her job responsibilities will include but are not limited
to:

 * Oversee and facilitate in day-to-day business activities
 * Assist in procurement
 * Data entry
 * Oversee and assist to manage budget activities
 * Assist in managing the company accounts
 * Assist in tax filings such as VAT, WHT
 * Managing the company’s legal requirements (certifications/licenses from Saudi
   institutes or ministries)
 * Manage and operate Governmental platforms (Muqeem, Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, MOL,
   Jeddah Chamber, ZATCA etc.) to fulfil legal/financial/HR obligations
 * Establish and carry out departmental or organizational goals, policies and
   procedures
 * Analyze financial statements, sales reports and other performance indicators
 * Assist to implement the company’s marketing strategy
 * Assist in drafting contracts, MOUs, operating procedures, and policies
 * Assist in new employee orientation and event management
 * File/paperwork management
 * Manage general activities related to making products and providing services
 * Assist other executives, staff, and board members with operations
 * General office management

The intern will work directly with the technical team to help them perform their
duties. Ideal candidates must have strong grip on Microsoft Office Suite (Word,
PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and have experience to manage daily business
activities. Prior knowledge of any Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is
preferred. However, the chosen candidate will be provided training on Zoho ERP
system to help establish a smooth operational workflow.

Job Location

 * This job is based in Research & Technology Park located in “King Abdullah
   University of Science and Technology (KASUT), Thuwal” and is available to
   Saudi nationals only. The chosen candidate is expected to commute to KAUST on
   daily basis using a free bus service provided by the company. Candidates
   based in Jeddah will be given preference.

for practicing his/her accounting knowledge and skills in a professional
setting. His/her duties include supporting a professional accounting firm to
manage the company’s accounts and tax matters.

Job Responsibilities

 * Organize a financial filing system that is easily accessible
 * Prepare accounting reports to be presented to senior management
 * Prepare and manage invoices
 * Handle requests for quotations (RFQs) and issue quotations accordingly
 * Manage customer relationships and keep track of important clients, customers,
   and suppliers
 * Track all payments made for tax preparation and follow up on returns
 * Speak to clients about payments, refunds, and statements
 * Ensure accuracy of financial statements, making sure that the final figures
   on statements are correct
 * Provide support in miscellaneous governmental department obligations

Required Degree and experience

The suitable candidate must possess the following experience in college or in a
professional job (preferred):

 * Must have strong MS Excel skills
