POST-MIGRATION INDEX

If you attempt to log in to the University Wiki Service directly after the
migration, you may receive a message that the database is taking a little longer
than normal to sync up.  This is caused by the post-migration indexing and
should be finished before Monday May 27th at 8:00 a.m.

Testers received this message for less than a minute while logging in
post-migration during testing.  If you receive this message, please reach out to
the University Wiki Service team if you have been waiting for more than 5
minutes.
