The Zipiskip Difference * Access to all kinds of local food makers At Zipiskip, we believe in providing useful tech to small businesses no matter where they are in their journey. That’s why we support all kinds of local food makers – from popups, homebased businesses, farmers market vendors, to restaurants and more. Giving you access to a diverse offering of amazing food in your area. * Get to know local food makers We share the stories of your local food makers so you get a deeper understanding of their food, why they chose this path, and what it means to them. * We don't charge exorbitant fees Other apps charge restaurants as much as 30-40% in fees, effectively making them lose money on order placed through those apps. On top of that, customers may also have to pay expensive service fees and other additional fees. On Zipiskip, the customer pays 10% for their part and the merchant pays 20% for their part - making it a more sustainable option overall. * We don’t spend money on expensive celebrity endorsements We think it’s unconscionable to use money made from small businesses to pay for celebrity endorsements and expensive TV commercials. We’d rather see that money go towards developing more tools to help merchants grow their business. * Know exactly what’s going on with your order and have more control over when it’s made Get notified when the merchant sees your order, when they start making your order and when it’s ready. Additionally, you have the option to notify the merchant when you’ve arrived so that they can prioritize your order. Please help keep small business alive.
