Hima, works for one of the Big Four Consulting Company in Bangalore as Senior
Manager Pursuits & Solution Architect. Hima Bindu comes with 18+ years of
diverse experience across HR , Compliance & Audits as a part of Corporate
Security & Legal team , IT Infrastructure Delivery, T&T , Cloud Migration,
Hybrid Cloud Enablement & Adoption Programs, Offering Management and Global
Engineering efforts across Clients in global delivery centre in EMEA , APAC and
Americas. She has held various leadership roles and led large technical teams
and Service lines in her tenure with IBM and Kyndryl . She has worked across
large deal transitions to Cloud and has travelled extensively across UK
supporting client delivery & transformation efforts.
Hima is known widely for her efforts as a champion for women empowerment,
Diversity & Inclusion and has won various accolades for her service in IT and
CSR across efforts. Hima is a campaigner for Women in Technology and an active
volunteer for STEM (Science , Technology , Engineering and Maths) Programs for
Girls encouraging and guiding young girls from universities and schools growing
into taking the STEM careers. Hima has been invited across various universities
and communities as women in Tech Speaker, has represented IBM and Kyndryl on
various internal and external forums. She mentors young graduates & women across
careers in IT and leadership as a part of her give back to community.
Hima has been honoured with titles of Corporate Diva 2020 – Bangalore Chapter
for Women In Leadership , India Inspirational Women Award and FISA Super Woman
Awards for her work in Single Mother Upliftment Initiative , “ Woman Of
Excellence Award ” issued by India Achievers Forum for Outstanding Professional
Achievement and was recently awarded " Top 10 Women In Tech India Award 2023”by
RACE university for her efforts in driving Digital literacy.
Hima is multi cloud certified and holds 6X cloud certifications. She is
currently pursuing her Solution Architect Certification and is a Post Graduate
in Management Studies from Mumbai University. She is passionate about clinical
psychology, mental health and spirituality. She loves reading, painting,
travelling and spending time with her 14yrs old son.
She believes “Anyone can do anything and become who ever their desire to be,
only if they can break the limitations created by their own minds.”
