She is also head of Operations and Information Technology at Antares. Prior to joining Antares, Ms. Kelsey was managing director and Chief Financial Officer at Madison Capital Funding (now Apogem Capital), a position that she held since 2004. Jonathan Ciuffreda Managing Director, Jefferies Credit Partners Jonathan Ciuffreda is the Head of Underwriting and Research at Jefferies Credit Partners. He joined the Firm over 15 years ago and has significant experience structuring, underwriting, arranging, and investing across the broadly syndicated and private credit markets. Mr. Ciuffreda currently has responsibility for overseeing all underwriting, research, and portfolio management activities for Jefferies Credit Partners’ various strategies.
