USE CASES

StarApple conducted a Stakeholder Analysis of Customers, Consumers and
Advertisers across all 15 subsidiaries to identify key drivers of
inefficiencies, dissatisfaction and revenue growth. We also conducted
initiatives to improve lifetime value and satisfaction.

StarApple conducted a qualitative and quantitative review of all parties
involved, including top management, the Board, employees, teachers, parents, and
students. We came up with several suggestions to boost engagement and
satisfaction using SWOT analysis, quadrant plots, sentiment analysis, and
perception analysis. In less than a year, with our help, the school was able to
increase its satisfaction rate by 20%.

Using cluster models that were trained on demographic, product usage, and
psychological data points, StarApple segmented the product consumers of an
Enterprise Media company. Marketing campaigns were started based on the profiles
of each group once personas had been constructed utilising the segments. The
effectiveness of the services was evaluated, and the outcomes of natural
language processing models produced suggestions for enhancing the platforms.
Both the signup and satisfaction rates for the items increased.

StarApple researched consumers' opinions about rival brands, services, and
competitors, as well as the audience members of well-known media companies, in
order to develop new products. The effectiveness of new commercials and shows is
evaluated, and the brand's quality was compared to that of competitors. In order
to calculate the brand value, a perception vs. utility analysis was done.

Using machine learning techniques (deep learning, ensemble methods, and Bayesian
analyses), segmentation of Social Media users (1.1 million) for 35 companies in
the media industry was done based on the users' awareness of and involvement
with the companies. Marketing return on investment was estimated, key segment
targeting recommendations were implemented, and their efficacy was tracked.
