Agile Capability Survey


INSTRUCTIONS

You have been invited to complete this assessment by Srikanth Ramanujam, a
facilitator for your team Gateway. This survey is based on the 22 team level
capabilities defined in Path to Agility.
Work through each of the capabilities, assessing them on how you feel best
represents how your team meets the criteria of each capability.
Once you come back together as a group, your facilitator will guide you through
discussing your responses.
Your individual answers are anonymous; answer honestly in order to accurately
measure how your team is performing.
For each capability there is a video explanation that you view by clicking the
video icon.
Your facilitator is able to view your progress through the set of questions as
you go.

This is used for your facilitator to identify you, and so you can return to your
session later.
