The hardest part of ditching toxic laundry detergent was finding something that

Q: Hello, I'm interested in buying this product, but why can I not see the the
3, 2, and 1 star reviews? I click on them and only the 5 star reviews show. I
even clicked through over 400 pages and not even a 4 star was found. If you can

Q: this looks great! i wonder if this is any different from Seventh Generation
products? Also, isn't the pouch made out of non-recyclable materials? I guess a
powder would be the only way to have a product that did not contain plastic.

Q: The scent in the bottle is truly amazing, however, the recommended 1/4 cap
for my HE machine left absolutely no smell on my small load. I tried a 1/2 cap
for another small load, which left a faint smell on my laundry but completely
vanished after some 5 hours. Am I doing this wrong? How can I get a strong and
lasting smell on my laundry?

Q: I've had a handful of shirts come out of the washer with stains that were not
there when I put them in the wash. This seems to happen with solid colored
shirts, with large sections of the shirt drying to be different shade. They
sometimes look like a big water spot/splatter. I always make sure to shake up
the bottle first and not use too much in my top loading washer. Do you have a
solution to this? I have loved the detergent otherwise, but really bummed that I
have ruined a few shirts. This never happened with previous detergents.

A: It could be not diluting completely. Alot of times if your washer has not
been cleaned or regularly maintained - deposits can end up on the fabrics, I
recommend adding a scoop of oxy boost to each load
