Note:

1. To reward early adopters, the campaign will follow three phases that will
benefit early joiners. Phase 1 will offer a reward of 0.5 SKT per CAKE with a
cap at 3 million CAKE. Phase 2 and phase 3 will offer a reward of 0.2 SKT and
0.1 SKT respectively capped at 5 million CAKE. Rewards will be distributed by
the converted CAKE amount per phase.

- Phase 1: Nov 11th UTC 6AM — Nov 16th UTC 6AM, 1 CAKE = 1 sCAKE + 0.5 SKT
(Capped at 3 million CAKE);

- Phase 2: Nov 16th UTC 6AM — Nov 26th UTC 6AM, 1 CAKE = 1 sCAKE + 0.2 SKT
(Capped at 5 million CAKE);

- Phase 3: Nov 26th UTC 6AM — Dec 11th UTC 6AM, 1 CAKE = 1 sCAKE + 0.1 SKT
(Capped at 5 million CAKE);

2. Please note that all the CAKE contributed to this Campaign will be locked
into veCAKE after Skillet Finance full launch. In return, participants will
receive sCAKE, a liquid wrapper of the veCAKE. This process is irreversible.
However, sCAKE can be swapped back to CAKE through liquidity pools. sCAKE will
be available to withdraw after the full launch.

3. SKT reward tokens will become claimable after the full launch. To encourage
long-term commitment and ensure the sustainability for Skillet, we offer 2
options for claiming rewards: 1) Claiming directly to your wallet will result in
a 40% penalty, with the penalty amount sent back to the treasury for future
campaigns. 2) Locking your rewards for 6 months in vlSKT, after which you'll
receive the full reward amount. Locked SKT can also vote to receive rewards.

4. The allocation of SKT reward tokens for this campaign is up to 3% of the
total SKT supply.
