General Information
SecuFEx and SecuMEx is are Siemens services, which helps to transfer files
between Siemens employees and their internal and external partner. You may use
this service if:
* you are a Siemens employee and are able to use the Siemens MyID Login,
* or you have a SecuFEx temporary account, which can be created and managed by
any Siemens employee using the Siemens MyID Login (PKI Login),
* or you have received a file transfer invitation with an account and a
password. Please note that such account is valid only during the livespan of
the file transfer.
If you are Siemens employee please use the MyID Login. If you are an external
partner you will need either a file transfer invitation or a temporary account.
We recommend to contact your partner at Siemens and ask him to create a
temporary account for you. When the account is created you will receive a
temporary password by email.
Login Methods
You may login on this service by using two different methods:
* Siemens MyID Login: This is a Siemens Entitlement login infrastructure, which
is provided only to Siemens employees and registered partners. It implements
a highly secure single sign on and should be preferably used, where possible.
To be able to use the Siemens MyID Login you need:
* a Siemens Corporate Directory (SCD) registration and,
* Access to one of the following login methods,
* a Smart Card (PKI, Network Smart Card) or,
* a PingID Mobile Application
* a Soft Certificate.
When you click on the button "Login with Siemens MyID", you will be
redirected to the official Siemens MyID site and should authenticate
yourself there.
* Email + Password: If you have a temporary account on this service you may use
your email and account password to login. If you have forgotten your password
you may use the password generator to create a new temporary password, which
will be sent to your registered email. Please note, that the Windows logon
password your will not work here!

Important Note: Don't use this service from public PCs in Internet Cafes or
