DRIVING PROGRESS: THE ROAD TO BETTER COLLABORATION

OVERVIEW

JULY 11
10AM PT, 1PM ET

Watch Now

What do effective IT/OT partnerships look like? How can CIOs bring new
perspectives and resources to OT groups while earning their trust? How can OT
groups participate in enterprise initiatives — and benefit from enterprise
resources — without losing control?

This conversation will bring together forward-thinking leaders from IT and OT to
tackle questions like these — with the goal of understanding what it takes to
create and sustain productive partnerships. We’ll highlight examples of
partnerships that work. We’ll identify the biggest collaboration opportunities —
and the biggest pitfalls to avoid.
