I find it rewarding to partner with folks to help them find their way to a better version of themselves through a therapeutic relationship. I am consistently moved by the courage they show in choosing to evolve and work through the areas in their lives that cause them to be “stuck”. Sometimes, anxiety or depression is contributing to these feelings, and therapy is an important part of a wholistic approach to work through those feelings. Therapy can help empower you to make the decisions you feel you need to make and provide support if you are experiencing pain. It’s not that, as a therapist, I will be telling you what you need to do, but rather I will come alongside you, teach you some tools if needed and help you, using your strengths in the context of your own values, to gain insight, growth and resolution in those stuck places. I would love to be able to partner with you as you seek greater wholeness and peace in your life, resolve those places of indecision or conflict, whether as an individual or as a part of a relationship. I have enjoyed working with a variety of individuals and couples seeking support in dealing with a number of different issues for nearly 25 years. No two people are exactly the same so I tailor this experience to the individual. I am insight-oriented and relationally focused and understand the value of a safe and trusted therapeutic relationship.
