QUEST FOR THE BEST

The COUNTRY Quest for the Best1 candidate referral program helps us identify
potential, qualified candidates in the communities we serve. You may have an
integral role in helping us with our quest!

Refer a candidate and you may be eligible to receive a $1,500.00 reward if this
candidate becomes a contracted COUNTRY Financial representative.

 * Looking to be in business for themselves but not by themselves
 * Eager to lead a skilled sales team
 * Engaged in their community


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


WHO MAY I REFER TO COUNTRY FOR THIS PROGRAM?

You (the “referrer”) may refer an individual (a “referral”) who you think may be
a good candidate for a COUNTRY Financial representative. Referrers may not refer
themselves. Other terms and conditions apply.1

Please note: Not all referred candidates are qualified for the positions. Also,
current employees of COUNTRY Financial, former COUNTRY Financial® Insurance
Agents, and former COUNTRY Trust Bank® Financial Advisors are not eligible for
this candidate referral reward.



HOW DO I SUBMIT MY REFERRAL INFORMATION?

Submit your referral using the candidate referral portal form. All referrals
must be completed by the referring person. If another party submits a candidate
referral on the referrer’s behalf, the referrer will not qualify for a reward. 


IF MY REFERRAL IS QUALIFIED, WHEN WILL THEY BE CONTACTED?

Typically, a COUNTRY Agency Sales Recruiter will contact qualified referrals
within thirty (30) days of receiving the completed candidate referral form. 


HOW LONG WILL MY REFERRAL REMAIN ACTIVE?

Your referral will expire one (1) year from the date of your submission. After
the year expires, if the candidate you referred is referred by someone else, the
new referrer may be eligible to receive a reward. 


HOW WILL I KNOW IF I WILL RECEIVE THE REWARD?

If the candidate that the referrer submitted becomes a contracted COUNTRY
Financial representative, and in accordance with the terms and conditions
below1, COUNTRY Financial will contact the eligible referrer to inform them of
their reward and the steps involved in the process. 


HOW AND WHEN ARE REWARDS PAID?

If the candidate that the referrer submitted becomes a contracted COUNTRY
Financial Representative, and in accordance with the terms and conditions
below1, the eligible referrer will receive a $1,500.00 reward after the referred
individual has become a contracted COUNTRY Financial representative. The
referrer must complete and return a W9 form to COUNTRY Financial. Payment will
then be issued by paper check usually within 4-6 weeks of the date that COUNTRY
receives the W9. Reward recipients have sole responsibility for determining and
paying any applicable taxes for the reward.
