You must be 18 years of age or older to receive the Moderna or Janssen vaccines. You must be 12 years of age or older to receive the Pfizer vaccine. San Diego County Vaccination Phases(link is external) In order to receive a vaccination, YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE CREDENTIALS ON SITE. Failure to do so will result in your being TURNED AWAY. Transitional Kindergarten through 12 grade (public/private/charter) staff will be TURNED AWAY. More info for TK-12 staff Due to the current FDA emergency use authorization for COVID-19 vaccinations, anyone UNDER 16 YEARS OLD may NOT be vaccinated at this time with the PFIZER vaccine or UNDER 18 YEARS OLD with the MODERNA or JANSSEN (Johnson & Johnson) vaccine.
