Veri is intended for individuals who do not have a diagnosis of diabetes. Whether you are looking to lose some weight, improve your insulin resistance, want to avoid developing metabolic conditions, have a family history of T2 diabetes, or want to understand how your glucose levels are affected by your lifestyle and what impact it has on your health, Veri could be the right choice for you. The regulations on CGMs differ by region. In the EU and UK, as long as you have a compatible cellular device and are over the age of 18, you can receive a CGM from Veri. In the US however, a consultation is required and you must meet certain criteria. In the US, meeting any of the following criteria will make you ineligible to receive Veri sensors: * Diagnosis of T1 or T2 diabetes * Allergy to medical grade adhesives * Currently taking insulin or any injectable diabetic medication * Ever had Glycosylated Hemoglobin (A1C) 6.5% or higher * Ever had fasting glucose result above 126 * Medication allergies * Currently pregnant If any of the previous statements are true for you, please do not attempt to purchase a Veri plan. To use Veri, you'll need access to LibreLink app by Abbott. LibreLink is available in select countries, and the app is compatible with sensors from the same region. Your App Store or Google Play should be located in the same country/region where you are purchasing Veri (i.e. if getting Veri shipped to an address in the EU, you'll need your LibreLink app to be from an EU country. US App Store will have its LibreLink app only compatible with US sensors). If your country does not have LibreLink app in your app store, unfortunately we are not compatible. If you choose our "App only" subscription, you'll need a Freestyle Libre sensor. We are not compatible with Dexcom or other CGM devices. Veri is compatible with iPhones 7 or newer and Android phones that have an NFC-scanner, Android 9.0 or newer and Google Play Store*. Veri is not available on Huawei or other Android devices that don’t have Google Play Store. Veri requires an NFC connection to scan and is thus not available on iPad. You can gift Veri to your nearest and dearest in a few, simple steps. To place a gift order, select the continuous monitoring option and toggle the 'Buy as a gift'-option within the payment selection our our webshop. Ensure you are in the same shop region as your gift recipient's address or the order will not be able to ship. In the checkout, you'll input your billing details, your recipient's email address, and the date when you want the recipient to be able to redeem the gift. Once the day comes, your gift recipient receives an email where they can insert their shipping details and get the order delivered! It's as easy as that. Our gifts are one-time only and do not enroll the recipient into a subscription. If you wish to purchase an ongoing subscription, you can do so by purchasing a membership and inputting your billing details and the recipient's shipping details. The order will need to be associated with the recipient's email address to activate their app access. In the US, the recipient will need to fill out a brief questionnaire to verify their eligibility and receive a consultation for the sensors. You can view your membership account details in the Veri Membership Management Portal. In the portal, you make the following adjustments: * Update your shipping and billing address * Change your payment method * Snooze your membership for 30 days * Schedule a cancellation of your plan at the end of your current membership term If you purchased your Veri subscription from the App Store (i.e. within the Veri app after downloading, as opposed to purchasing through the Veri web shop), then you will need to manage your account and make any changes directly in the App Store. Here are our average delivery times and shipment logistics by region. The shipping cost is included in your membership fee. US In order for your first order to ship, you'll need to fill out a consultation questionnaire, which only takes a few minutes to complete. Once this is filled, it gets reviewed by a physician within 1 day. After approval, the order gets shipped and usually takes between 3-5 business days to arrive. We use USPS as our courier by default; if your order has been marked as delivered but you didn't receive it, please check with your neighbors or family members if they received it on your behalf. Your subscription renewal will trigger the shipment to go out automatically on the same day each month. Please note that we are not able to deliver sensors to customers who reside in the following states as an in-person consult is required for CGM consultations: Arkansas, District of Columbia, Delaware, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Rhode Island and West Virginia. EU We ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, and Sweden. We ship the sensors daily (on weekdays), and the general delivery time is 4-6 business days. GLS delivers the parcel to your home; in Finland, Sweden, and Denmark, Posti will deliver it to your nearest Posti pick-up location. UK The shipments are sent daily (on weekdays) and generally take 2-3 business days to arrive. You should receive tracking information from DPD once the delivery is on its way. NORWAY, SWITZERLAND The sensors ship daily (on weekdays) from our EU warehouse. Please bear in mind that you might need to pay customs fees before being able to accept the order. Please check with your local authorities regarding these fees. OTHER COUNTRIES For the time being, Veri is only available to ship sensors in the aforementioned countries. Check back in later to see if we ship to your country or see if you could choose our App Only. We ship sensors to the US, the UK, and selected European countries. US In the US, we ship everywhere in the mainland United States except New Mexico and Minnesota. We do not ship to Puerto Rico. CANCELLATION IMMEDIATELY AFTER PURCHASE If you purchased a "Sensors and App" membership with Veri and decide immediately that you’d like to cancel, please contact our Customer Support team via email at care@veri.co. We are happy to review the case and discuss the next steps. CANCELLING YOUR ACTIVE VERI MEMBERSHIP You can cancel your Veri membership through Veri's Member's Portal or by emailing our Customer Support team at care@veri.co. Cancellation requests will take effect at the end of the current membership term. If you are unsure whether Veri is the right fit for you, we suggest purchasing the Continuous Monitoring membership, which includes two sensors per month and has no minimum commitment. If you are mid-way through a membership with a minimum commitment, cancellation will take effect from the end of the current membership term. If you have months left in your contract term, your subscription will continue to renew and we will ship sensors until your current minimum contract term is complete.
