THE ATHOLLBANK

Conveniently located in the popular West-end of Dundee, the Athollbank Guest
House is situated in Thomson Street, between Dundee's Perth Road and Magdalen
Green and is ideally situated for the City Centre, Dundee`s two Universities:-
The University of Dundee and Abertay University as well as (DJCAD) Duncan of
Jordanstone College of Art & Design, Ninewells Hospital, Dundee Media Park,
Railway station, Dundee Airport and Dundee Waterfront with the Victoria & Albert
Museum & Slessor Gardens . 

Dundee University's main campus is just a few minutes walk away.

At the Athollbank we provide comfortable, affordable accommodation for all:-
single visitors, business people, couples and families. The Guest House has four
rooms which provide a comfortable relaxing stay. 

Built in 1825, the house is warm and inviting and has gas central heating
throughout the house to cope with the colder Scottish winters.

Parking is on street or in one of the local council car parks, we have no
private parking facilities.


ROOM RATES (BOOKED DIRECT):

per room, per night on a Bed & Breakfast basis:-

 * Standard Single Room (shares Bathroom with 1 other room)  £45
 * Ensuite Single/Double/Twin Room from £85 
 * Private Single/Double/Twin Room (private Bathroom) from £85 
 * Family Room - 1 x Double bed & 1 x Single Bed** 

**For family prices, please contact us including the ages of children.         
                    We accept children 8 years and older. For prices for
Children, please contact us.  (All Children must be included at time of
booking.)

Payment is on arrival by Cash, Credit or Debit Card.                           
                         Card details will be required to secure a booking.

We do not accept Pets.

Booking Direct enables us to offer the lowest possible rates for your stay -
send us an e-mail/enquiry with your requirements and we'll get back to you asap.

AT BUSY TIMES IT IS QUICKER TO E-MAIL YOUR ENQUIRY - WE ARE A SMALL
ESTABLISHMENT AND IT IS NOT ALWAYS POSSIBLE FOR US TO ANSWER THE TELEPHONE.




All rooms have:

 * Coffee & Tea Facilities
 * TV with Freeview
 * Free Wifi Internet access 
 * Freshly laundered towels & bedding.

We have

 * 1 x Ensuite room,
 * 1 x Room with Private bathroom, 
 * 2 x Standard Single rooms which share a bathroom. 

Breakfast is served between 7.30am to 8.30am.

PAYING FOR YOUR STAY AT OUR GUEST HOUSE

Rates are very reasonable for the area and the services provided. 

Payment is on arrival. 

Please note valid Credit/Debit card details or a deposit are required to secure
a booking.

We reserve the right to pre-authorise cards prior to check-in.

We operate a 72 hour cancellation policy for bookings made direct.
