Interrupting Legitimate Traffic Delivers unmatched mitigation of randomized,
high-volume attacks that evade standard protection Radware® (NASDAQ: RDWR), a

introduced a new Cloud Web DDoS Protection solution. The state-of-the-art
solution is designed to minimize the growing gap between standard DDoS
mitigation and an emerging generation of more aggressive, layer 7 (L7), HTTPS

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work
about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question
to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk
about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d
like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are
you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

Pros

If you know how to keep your head down and do the bare minimum this company will
pay you top dollar to do so... because there is 0 leadership skill or direction
for the company. It is hard to believe they have been public since the 90's. You
will have the ability to add Mutiple job skills to your resume because they
expect to do more with less. The solutions "work".

Cons

It is no secret that they can't hold a rep for more than a year. First and
foremost, the company is run out of Israel and do not understand the
difficulties of selling in NA markets. Pipeline is nonexistent and they are
desperate for business. They want to do business through partners but are unable
to provide partners any real value while also destroying relationships. They are
asking territory managers to step down and sell for them because they cannot
train adequately. Head of sales is insane...and destroying moral. Run while you
can!

    consulting for them). Then they went with a candidate they would have gone
    along with the entire time, the opposite of what they were saying. Be
    careful with your reputation, it's a small world.
