Your compliance update

Outdated customer information on your payment records

Find out more >

Our records show some of the account details you are using to make and / or
collect Bacs payments are out of date.

It is vitally important you correct these details to ensure your payments
continue to flow smoothly, and you avoid charges for failed transactions. Not
updating your customer's account details swiftly also means you are in breach of
Bacs rules which could affect your ability to make payments in the future.

What you need to do:
Download your outstanding reports from the Payment Services Website and correct
all affected account details immediately.

How:

1. Log onto the Payment Services Website (PSW). 2. Download your outstanding
reports and update account details accordingly. You can see exactly what you
need to do here. 3. Action changes immediately. You don't need to contact payees
/ payers to confirm the change in details. 4. If you use a bureau, make sure you
know who is actioning reports as set out in your contractual arrangements with
your bureau.

If you have already taken action, please disregard this message.
