PHD FAMILY WELFARE FOUNDATION

PHD Family Welfare Foundation was established in 1986 under the Indian Trust Act
1882. PHDFWF has been successfully executing family welfare and skill
development projects in the northern states of India from last 36 years.
Presently, the Foundation has successfully implemented many CSR projects and has
been collaborating with  CSR initiatives  for Companies, PSUs, Embassies and
other agencies.The PHDFWF has been actively implementing different community
development projects for last thirty five years in different slum and rural
areas in the field of Health and Family Welfare, Skill Development Training
Programmes for poor women and youth, Self Help Groups, Mobile Medical Care,
Primary Health Centre, sanitation facilities for girls in village schools,
target intervention on prevention of STD/HIV/AIDS, Polio eradication, support &
care for people living with disabilities, digital media, female foeticide, adult
education, self-defence training, free English learning classes for poor youth
etc.

CHAIRPERSON INTRODUCTION

Anuradha Goel is an active philanthropist involved in social welfare activities
for the last 40 years. Ms Goel is currently working as the Chairperson of the
PHD Family Welfare Foundation and PHD Chamber’s Women and Child Development
Committee directing public welfare programs which include medical care, health
awareness, water conservation schemes, skill development and income generation
in low income areas.

Ms Goel is President and founding member of St Stephen’s Hospital Patients
Welfare Society, instrumental in raising funds and treatment for over 12000
juveniles. President Kiwanis Club of New Delhi involving herself in the
implementation of educational income generation programs for women from
resettlement areas for more than 20 years. She is also a member of Delhi Social
Welfare Board, Vice chairperson of SCWEC India (SAARC Chamber Women Entrepreneur
Council) and Governing Body Member of Shriram Bharatiya Kala Kendra and Shriram
Centre for Performing Arts.
