Important Information
 * The Jackson Township Board of Trustees Regular Business Meeting is held each
   month on the First Monday at 7:00 P.M.  Meetings are held at the Jackson
   Township Community Center located at 3263 U.S. Route 50, Williamsburg, OH
   45176. In the event the meeting date is a holiday, the meeting will be moved
   to the following day (Tuesday) at 7:00 P.M.
 * The Zoning Commission regular meetings are typically held the second
   Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.  These meetings may be cancelled if
   there is no business to be discussed.   All meetings will be posted on the
   Jackson Township Calendar as scheduled.   All meetings are held at the
   Jackson Township Community Center located at  3263 U.S. Route 50,
   Williamsburg, OH 45176.
 * All Special or Emergency meetings will be posted on the exterior bulletin
   board adjacent to Door #3 of the Community Center in accordance with the Ohio
   Open Meetings Act.

at the Clermont County Board of Elections. The Community Center will be your

We had terrific weather and a great turn-out for our first Trick or Treat in the
Park event! We couldn't have done it without the support of the community and
several amazing businesses and organizations who supported us. We would like to
thank the following: The Jackson Township Trustees: Hal Herron, Bill Wiederhold
and Joe Speeg for sponsoring the event (and allowing us to run with the idea on
short notice). The Jackson Township Maintenance Department, for making sure the
park was ready. The planning committee: Holly Isaacs - Township Fiscal Officer,
Kevin Turner - Fire Chief, and Denise Maklem - Township Administrator. Steve and
Cheryl Race - experts in Chili planning and distribution. Jackson Township Fire
and Rescue - Clermont Clermont County Sheriff Grant's Farm Wolfer Farms Holly
Isaacs & Family - for the movie on the big screen. All of our Treat Providers
And, most importantly, ALL OF YOU who came out to enjoy the festivities. We
can't wait to do it again!! We are already planning improvements for next year.
