AS WE WERE WALKING TO OUR CAR TO BE PICKED UP TO GO TO THE AIRPORT. my husband said my daughter bag was unzipped. It was not unzipped, it had TOTALLY broken. The zipper is faulty, and I had to rush in the house and find another bag to quickly pack her in. I am glad this did not happen on the way to the airport. My other daughters bag was sent both ways inside a plastic bag used for car seats to be sure it did not open enroute. I would like my money back. I can show there is absolutely no wear and tear on this bag, and any marks on the wheels would be consistent with literally wheeling this outside of my house to my car on my driveway. Please refund this product. He likes that it has Mickey Mouse and is pretty easy for him to open and maneuver. We really like the style but unfortunately, while he was rolling it around the house it scratched a little. It’s not a huge deal but a little disappointing since it’s brand new. It also makes me wonder how the suitcase would fare going through the airport, but since we don’t really travel often I’ll let someone else speak to that.
