KEEP PACIFICA SAFE AND BEAUTIFUL

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Cellular antennas emit electromagnetic radiation that pose significant health
risks when deployed close to the homes and residents. These antennas were, until
recently, installed as far as possible from neighborhoods.

But now for the first time, due to invasive federal statues, installations are
being forced at schools and on neighborhood streets. At risk is just about
everything:

 1. Our Scenic Skylines,
 2. Public and Environmental Health,
 3. Property Values,
 4. Data Security,
 5. Our City’s Rights.

There are better options to improve our cell phone service and provide cutting
edge broadband to keep us connected to future technology, without putting small
cell antennas in yards and at schools.

Fiber optic cables already run through much of Pacifica, and running them
straight to our homes will prevent the unsightly equipment on our streets, while
allowing each residence to decide on the amount of radiation through their
premises. Wifi routers produce 100x less radiation and power consumption than
the proposed small cell pole-top antennas, and just like fiber to the home will
always provide speeds much faster than 5G/6G/7G etc.

VERIZON WANTS TO ADD 22 CLOSE PROXIMITY MICROWAVE CELL ANTENNAS (BLUE DOTS) IN
PACIFICA (MAPS OBTAINED FROM A PUBLIC RECORD REQUEST TO THE CITY)

8 COMPLETED APPLICATIONS (IN YELLOW) WERE SUBMITTED, THEN 6 WERE REMOVED AFTER
OUR APPEALS WERE FILED (WE SUSPECT THEY WILL BE BACK)
