Folks, it’s encouraging to see more of you writing alternative text on images
here so people who use screen readers can also take part but please make sure
the text really is the equivalent of the image.

So, for example, if you’re posting a screenshot of some text, don’t just say
“Excerpt of article” or “A tweet by so-and-so” but actually copy/paste the text
from it (many platforms let you do this with images these days).

Folks who use screen readers have the right to hear what we see.

Today marks twice in two months that companies have given a job to someone else
after I got a thumbs up from everyone at every stage of their multi-week
interview process.

What if we stopped making interviews an endurance race? I mean, even ignoring
the value of my time, this must cost them 4 or 5 thousand dollars per candidate.
If companies invested even half this much time in their onboarding, they would
just never make a "bad" hire.

Here's a quick look at how our redesigned app menu (e.g. "Hamburger" menu) is
progressing.

On the left is Thunderbird 102.
On the right is Thunderbird 111 from our Daily channel.

(Both running on Linux.)

Hopefully you'll notice it just LOOKS better. Crisper font readability, and
matching icons for each action.

Update notifications and Sync sign-in populate the top, and it's now much faster
to get to your Density and global Font Size settings.

schlecht gesicherten Server gefunden hatte. Die Liste beinhaltet mehr als eine
Million Einträge, und es war nicht einfach, sie auszuwerten und die Geschichten
hinter diesen vielen Namen zu recherchieren. Einige haben wir kontaktiert,
darunter unbescholtene Menschen, Spione und andere, die nicht auf dieser Liste
sein sollten
