Based on your goals, you will be paired with a Vulcan Nutrition coach who will
work with you every step of the way.


CUSTOM NUTRITION PLAN


Each client has unique experiences and goals. We meet you where you are and work
together to build a customized strategy through a habit-based lifestyle and
nutrition approach. Our goal is to give you results that are sustainable for
life.


CHECK-INS WITH YOUR PERSONAL COACH


Meet with your coach to assess progress, hold you accountable to your goals, and
make adjustments as needed.



1. SCHEDULE YOUR FREE DISCOVERY CALL.


Set up a 15-minute one-on-one phone call with a Vulcan Nutrition coach to tell
us more about yourself and your goals.


2. CHOOSE A NUTRITION COACHING PLAN.


If Vulcan is a good fit for you, you will select a coaching plan that suits you
best and will set up an initial consultation with your coach to get started on
building your custom plan.


3. REACH YOUR GOALS.


Your coach will be with you every step of the way. Periodic check-ins will help
you feel confident in your nutrition journey, and we are always here to answer
any questions you have.

Ellie is the Founder of Vulcan Nutrition and Head Coach of Vulcan Nutrition. She
is a Registered Nurse, 2021 CrossFit Semifinal Team Athlete, and 2022 CrossFit
Semifinal Individual Athlete.
