   Congratulations to Ta Yuan (TY) Chang, PhD, professor of Biochemistry and
   Cell Biology, who was recently elected as a new member of Academia Sinica in
   Taiwan. This honor is considered the highest for a scientist with Republic of
   China citizenship.
