REDEFINING HEROES

REDEFINING HEROES

We often glamorize heroes, not for their remarkable skill or feats, but for the
wealth, power, or notoriety their achievements bring them. But these status
symbols – expensive possessions, outrageous behavior, outrageous lifestyles –
are false symbols of heroism. A great mind. Great athleticism. Artistic genius.

These accomplishments are absolutely worth celebrating, and so, too, are the
accomplishments of people you may not yet know about. People who quietly and
tirelessly work to make the world a better place. We believe that in addition to
the big-name heroes of our day, the unseen, unsung heroes and doers among us
also deserve a shout-out, the people who value action over acquisitions.

"Redefining Heroes," a new podcast from Tyler Copenhaver-Heath and Kelley
Kaylan, will bring front-and-center individuals who are doing great work to make
a difference in their own way, in their neighborhood, their communities, and H
the world. Cophenhaver-Heath and Kaylan, ASU grads, business executives, fitness
buffs, and motivational leaders, are teaming up for this impactful project to
redefine heroes as people who are more than money, celebrity, or power.

We want people to see that anyone can be a hero and to inspire people of all
ages and backgrounds to act. By sharing the individual stories of people who
dedicate themselves to improving the well-being of others, Copenhaver-Heath and
Kaylan hope to create a larger movement, encouraging people to inventory their
passions and then commit their energy and talent to positive change.

ABOUT THE HOSTS

TYLER COPENHAVER-HEATH

Host

Tyler Copenhaver-Heath A serial entrepreneur with an MBA behind his name and the
scientific know-how of a biochemistry undergrad, he has a deep understanding of
systems and the way things work.

For Copenhaver-Heath, success isn’t about the money. It’s about the
transformative change small businesses can bring to the lives of individuals and
the communities in which they live and work. An avid believer in personal
connections and the value of role models in the lives of at-risk youth, he
spends his free time encouraging students to stay in school, to find their worth
and to dream big.

By investing in people, he’s investing in what he calls collateral impact: a
ripple effect of financial stability, job creation and community development,
all brought on by the success of small businesses. His passion is people. One of
the ways he helps with this is through his personal blog at TylerUriah.com

KELLEY KAYLAN

Host

Kelley Kaylan’s life purpose is to love and serve others. With the goal of
positively impacting as many lives as possible. Kelley’s love of serving others
has existed since childhood. At a young age served many events with her church,
volunteered her time with special needs kids at school, participated with
volunteer work with her grandmas community center, and her stepfather involved
her with service thru salvation army events.

She works with Arizonans for children where she mentors a child in the foster
care system. She created with a friend a group called Warriors of Grace where
they have yearly gotten 200-300 people to serve with them. They organize groups
to serve at Feed My Starving Children, Salvation Army, United Food Bank, Who I
AM Foundation and Arizona Disabled Sports.

For 20 years Kelley has been an Oncology Account Manager in the Pharmaceutical
Industry. This career path created a lifestyle of 50 percent travel. This
experience combined with her passion for fitness led her to write the book Fit
In Transit. Kelley is also the creator of Fit In Transit. Kelley has been

Magazine. Kelley is going on ten years of being a single mother to a 20 year old

ELLIOT HUTCHENS

Producer

Serial entrepreneur and self-taught technical engineer, Elliot attended the
University of Montana to study International Business and Accounting. After
working as an Accounting Manager for an espresso machine import company and as
Senior Property Accountant for a large Seattle-based property management and
development company, he discovered he had a passion for automated systems and
started educating himself on programming, electrical, and technical systems.
Today he holds over 25 technical certifications in technologies ranging from
Microsoft and CompTIA to QuickBooks, HubSpot, Nintex, and more.

After meeting his wife Bridget in Seattle, they moved to New Haven Connecticut
so Bridget could obtain her Ph.D. from Yale University. There he worked as a
Senior Professional Services Engineer for a document automation software company
as well as a Senior Software Implementation Engineer for an international
enterprise software company.

Currently, Elliot runs his own software consulting business, Ethos Advisers,
doing software automation implementations for large international banks and
insurance companies.

Tyler Copenhaver and Elliot Hutchens met at the public high school. They bonded
over commitment to hard work and loyalty.

Coming from families of meager means, Tyler and Elliot both entered the service
industry at a young age to support their families. While their wealthy
classmates hit the ski slopes or attended yoga classes after school, Tyler and
Elliot laced up their aprons and got to work in the kitchens and bars of Main
Street after school late into the evening to make a living.

Working forty hours a week washing dishes, serving drinks, and grilling
hamburgers had an impact on Tyler and Elliot’s ability to excel in school. Many
of the teachers and adults in their lives had little confidence in their future
often telling them they were destined for a life of failure and insignificance.
Tyler and Elliot took this lack of trust as a challenge and set off to prove
they had something to offer. It was through these experiences of serving the
wealthy, experiencing firsthand that they had just as much potential as anybody
else, that Tyler and Elliot bonded and made a pact to build a future of their
own.

After high school, Tyler and Elliot pursued separate paths in different states,
but they always kept in contact knowing that someday in the future they would
partner in a business endeavor. In 2008, they started their first enterprise,
JET Movers, which lasted two years. This company was short-lived due to a lack
of funding and some difficult personal obstacles. However, it was a great
learning experience that helped Tyler and Elliot run their four successful
companies together. Apex Customs, the first commercial success, was followed by
Elicit Supplements, Automotive Labs, Blink Mattress, and now Elliot Uriah and
Glaive.

CORREE SINKWITZ

Producer

Corree Sinkwitz is a kind and caring individual with a passion for helping
others. She is deeply dedicated to giving back to her community and serving
those in need. Corree spends time working with a variety of organizations to
make a positive impact on the lives of those around her. Her selflessness,
integrity, and big heart are the guiding principles in all her endeavors.

In addition to her charitable work, Corree co-founded and owns QuantumRhino, a
start-up IT consulting business. Having spent over fifteen years working in
corporate America directly for C-level executives, she observed an unremitting
trend of consulting partners who served primarily as order takers, lacking
strategic vision, integrity, and execution. Corree and her business partner saw
an opportunity to create a company that focused on defining business process
prior to the implementation and integration of software applications, with the
intention of removing unnecessary steps and automating as much as possible.

Corree is a graduate of Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business
where she earned her Master’s in Business Administration. Corree received her
Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Media and Public Relations from Arizona State
University’s Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. She is
a Disabled Veteran and volunteers at her local American Legion post whenever she
has an opportunity.

In her personal life, Corree is a proud pet parent to her three dogs, Nori,
Franklin, and Remy, whom she loves deeply. She is an inspiration to many and
known for her generosity, kindness, and entrepreneurial spirit. In her free
time, Corree enjoys traveling, yoga, Pilates, the beach, camping, and hiking.
