ED JENNINGS

Chief Executive OfficerQuickbase
Ed Jennings joined Quickbase as chief executive officer in May 2020 and has a
proven track record of accelerating enterprise growth for SaaS leaders. His
unique strengths combine innovative market strategies, velocity sales
leadership, and extraordinary team building.

Prior to joining Quickbase, Ed was chief operating officer at Mimecast, where he
was responsible for the global marketing, sales and services teams and helped
bring the company public in 2015. Under his leadership, Mimecast expanded its
footprint into the enterprise space, grew its annual revenue from $82M to over
$400M in four years, and scaled the team from 350 employees to 1,800, while
expanding offices internationally.

In addition to his recent role at Mimecast, Ed has held marketing leadership
roles at PTC and Veracode; at the latter, he defined the go-to-market strategy
that enabled the company to quadruple revenues during his nearly four-year
tenure. Veracode was sold to Computer Associates in 2017. He also has served as
CEO for SaaS workflow solution Copanion that was acquired by Drake Software in
2010.

Ed is on the advisory board of Ten Eleven Ventures and the Cyber Resilience
Think Tank. He is a regular speaker on a range of digital transformation and
technology topics at Gartner, Forrester and FS-ISAC conferences.

Ed is a graduate of Boston College and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of
Management.

Sr. Analytics EngineerBlack Bear Energy
At Black Bear Energy, Megan manages and designed their internal database,
improves existing workflows, and builds new software programs that improve their
ability to deploy more solar across commercial and industrial real estate
markets. Her background is in engineering but she is captivated most by data
analytics. Megan essentially created her own role at Black Bear energy, which is
a mixture of business analytics and software engineering.

KEVIN MORRIS

Vice President, FinanceJBPA Developments, Inc
Kevin has nearly 20 years of experience leading finance and operational teams to
improve customer satisfaction and financial performance. He has worked in wide
variety of industries including aerospace, construction, manufacturing,
logistics, power generation, retail, airlines, private equity, and oil field
services. In his current role as CFO, JBPA Developments Inc., a large
construction management company, Kevin brings operational, sales, and financial
leadership to improve customer satisfaction, business growth, and overall
business performance.

Kevin's operational experience includes leading large, geographically diverse
teams of over 800 employees and over 40 locations with full accountability for
the full life cycle of customer and profitability of the business unit. His
finance experience includes a valuable range of roles from financial analysis,
public reporting, business planning, mergers and acquisitions through to CFO.
Kevin has interacted with the boards with a variety of publicly traded companies
ranging in size from $15 million to over $4 billion. He is known for a practical
approach to strategic decision making that draws from a wide variety of
experiences in both operations and finance. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Commerce
(Accounting) and Master of Science (Accounting) from the University of
Saskatchewan. Kevin also a CPA (CMA) and holds a Net Promoter Certification from
Satmetrix, the co-creator of the Net Promoter Score.
