DESKTOP SYSTEMS ANALYST




JOB DESCRIPTION


Job Title: Desktop Systems Analyst
Duration: 06 months 
Location: Toronto, ON 
Pay rate: $25 per hr 

Job Description:
 * Prepare and ship laptops using Microsoft Autopilot and Apple DEP
 * Ability to translate complicated issues into simple explanations
 * Skilled in the Microsoft office suite
 * Prioritize multiple issues
 * Maintain an incident queue
 * Support staff on-site with any issues and questions
 * Acting as a technical consultant for the business, solving technical problems
   that add business value
 * Projects as assigned
 * Experience supporting Windows 10 and Mac OSx
 * Experience with JSS
 * Creating documentation
 * Flagging trending issues and help to identify root cause
 * Building reports in ServiceNow
