UK regulators at the Bank of England and the Financial Conduct Authority are
consulting on their proposed approach to operating the Digital Securities
Sandbox. 

The DSS is an initiative run by the regulators that will enable the adoption of
digital assets in the UK. Announced last year, the legislative framework for the
UK’s DSS took effect this January.
