My name is Stanley and I am a user experience design lead based in Singapore.



Using human centred design thinking methods, I engage and collaborate with
stakeholders across the organisation to identify problems and conceptualise
ideas into delightful experiences for our customers that are feasible and meet
business goals.


KYC Enhancements for Malaysia
Auditing the in-production experience for wallet activation in Malaysia, we
found several opportunities to enhance the existing experience.

Discovery for  GrabFin KYC
We identitfied that there were more opportunities in the KYC workstream to be
more customer-centric in our work, so we put together a squad, and dedicated a
day a week to work on this bottom up, self initiated initiative to take the
entire team through a discovery exercise.

Delving in the problem space and solving problems in a holistic and structured
manner.

An exploration in information architecture, navigation concepts and dashboard
design.

Product ideation and experience design on an isurance offering on a banking
experience.

MIGHTY Onboarding Heuristic Evaluation
Using a UX Heuristic Evaluation tool to audit an experience in a structured and
holistic manner.

Exploration on a "Perks" page that houses all TMRW's partners and their combined
offerings to provide more value to its customers.
