Hi, I'm MaryAnn Gramig, Advanced Certified GALLUP® Strengths Coach, Leadership
Development Consultant, and international speaker here to help you calm your
inner critic, serve the world with your strengths, and define what genuine
success means to you. Because that's whose opinion really matters.

Empowering people to bring positive change and next level success to their lives
is what I LOVE to do! 

The most important thing you need to know is that I used to have a bully living
inside my head, too. (Thankfully, these days she's more like a gnat. Annoying
but swat-able!)

Even though I've experienced high levels of success, I spent years believing I
was so much less than all the “marvelousness” I’m created to be. 

Turns out that I’m quite AMAZING!

My inner critic kept me on a wild pendulum ride swinging back and forth between
perfectionism & judgment to anxiety & depression.

At long last, I’d had ENOUGH. (You can read about what triggered my
transformation in the About section.)

Everything my inner critic had told me to keep me playing small was a big lie.

That’s when I made some pivotal changes in my life.
