WHY HIRE A PLANNER?

PLANNING A WEDDING IS HARD WORK.

Your engagement is such a beautiful, meaningful experience. And then come the
questions…what is the date? where are you having it? And all you want to do is
relish in your excitement for a few minutes(or months!) The average couple spend
250-300 hours researching and planning their wedding. Not everyone has that kind
of time. That’s where I come in!



VENUE PLANNER?

Maybe you’ve found you venue? Maybe they offer a planner in their package? These
coordinators are great resources! However, they typically have up to 3 weddings
PER weekend in the busy season. That means their time is spread thin and it’s
impossible to give you the full attention you deserve in a timely manner. There
are usually only one or two in person meetings and it can sometimes feel rushed.

VENDORS CAN MAKE OR BREAK YOUR DAY.

The average couple hires 10 vendors for their wedding, Knowing which company
will be the best for your budget and style is KEY. I assist you in hiring the
best quality vendors in the area so you don’t have to play the guessing game!
You’ll have access to all my preferred vendors I have worked with in the past
that I know provide the best experience.



DAY OF COORDINATION.

This option is fantastic for the couple who really has a knack for planning and
has the time to do it all but would still like the support and peace knowing
they have a professional on their side. I work with all of the vendors that you
have booked and create the timelines, floor plans and details to make your day
come to life. This gives you the ability to sit back and focus on what really
matters…each other!

PLANNERS HELP YOU SAVE MONEY!

It may seem like an extra expense up front, but planners actually SAVE you money
in the end. Between negotiations with a venue and connections in the industry, I
am able to get you discounts that you wouldn’t be able to get otherwise.
Additionally, helping you not go over budget. And how much is the price tag on
peace of mind?

Utilize the knowledge, guidance, assistance and support from a wedding
professional. The planner does all (or most) of the work in calling, scheduling,
