Our selection process includes detailed portfolio analysis, site visit and
interviews, selection committee recommendation, compliance program assessment
and fund board approval for our mutual funds. After we hire managers, we
continue to put them through an extensive on-going due diligence program.

We have access to a large manager universe that covers a full spectrum of
retail, institutional, and boutique managers. Ultimately our investment team has
decision power to add or remove managers with greater objectivity, less
disruption. Additionally, managers can increase capacity for closed strategies.
