your VIP order you must present your receipt and picture ID at the VIP check-in location. If you have questions regarding the VIP packages or have not received your instructions in the time frame indicated,
please email <a href="mailto:KISSvip@epicrights.com">KISSvip@epicrights.com</a>. <strong>No personal cameras or phones will be permitted during the pre-show acoustic set/Q&A. The photo will be taken
with the band on the stage and the purchasers on the floor in front of the stage to maintain social distancing. There are no personal autographs or personal photos permitted. The questions for the Q&A
will be submitted prior to the show. We cannot guarantee that your question will be chosen. All merchandise will be distributed on site. If you do not arrive during the specific pick-up time, we cannot
guarantee you will receive your merchandise.</strong></p>
<p>By participating in any event with KISS, you hereby agree that your name, photographic and/or video image, and voice may be used in any media, whether now known or hereafter invented, throughout the world
