businesses participate in 2022.

2023 is going to be "bigger, better”, according to Walmart’s Aimee Fisk.

   The Process Improvement Doctor
   
   Charlie Barton has a Ph.D. in Leadership and Organizational Change supported
   by a Master’s in Business Administration, with a specialty in Knowledge
   Management and Learning.
   
   She credits her time in the US Navy with getting her interested in quality
   management and process improvement. Dr. Barton’s research findings on
   sustainable process improvement are in use throughout the globe (77 countries
   as of 2022).
   
   Dr. Barton works with businesses to identify the real causes derailing their
   business success, develop action plans that deliver, and guide change
   management initiatives. She uses analytical tools to identify process and
   system improvement opportunities, change management techniques to develop
   effective transformation processes, and storytelling techniques to address
   the human side of resistance to change.

   Buster has 20 years of experience within the FMCPG industry across supply
   supply chain, sales, trade marketing, marketing, entrepreneurship, and
   general management.
   
   Buster has worked with over 25 brands in over the counter, supplements,
   family planning, personal care, infant nutrition, and household cleaning.
   Success at the corporate strategy and field sales levels for digital and
   offline gives buster an ability to take a product from inception to shelf.
   
   A passionate consumer advocate, Buster focuses on strong financial models and
   management to fuel company purpose and mission.
