The Deferred Retirement Option Plan or DROP is an elective retirement plan
provided by the Florida Retirement System (FRS). If you’re eligible for
retirement but wish to continue working, DROP is another option for you to save
money. This 30 minute chat is led by a Financial Advisor who will go over the
DROP program and answer any questions you may have.
