Desk and porter staff were great. Hotel only has European breakfast which
is expensive. Rooms are small compared to Midtown hotels we’ve stayed in
previously. Our room wasn’t clean - marks on sheets and curtains were
disgusting. Location was great for WTC area and for using the ferry at Pier
11, that was a new experience and so handy!

GREAT STAY, GREAT COST!
Loved my stay here! My room was perfect — clean, felt new, bed was
comfortable, and I had everything that I needed. Waking up in the morning
to the view was lovely and so peaceful. The staff were also so helpful and
friendly. The 2nd floor lounge area was a lifesaver for me to do work
before my room was ready. I felt safe staying here, great location that is
close to the subway, everything was super clean! And at a great cost.

Lovely staff at front desk. Rooms very clean and bed’s very comfortable.
Excellent climate control. There was a weird fan in my room when I arrived.
I had to lift it outside my room myself to navigate my room.

Hotel was great, staff was great, would be my #1 choice in the area if it

EXCELLENT STAY IN LOWER MANHATTAN
Second time I've stayed in this hotel - both times for leisure. Great
location close to the water, food and transit. Hotel is comfortable, well
maintained for the most part (some stains in the bathroom sink, but think
that's due more to the material of the sink than the cleanliness /
maintenance) and easy to get around. Front desk and cleaning staff were the
only employees we encountered during this trip, but everyone was friendly
and efficient. Love this hotel and will stay again when next in town!

GREAT LOCATION!
The hotel is in a great location, very clean, and has a friendly staff.
8-minute walk to the ferry, and lots to do within walking distance.
