Q | Where is TCF 2022 being held?

Q | What are the dates of the TCF 2022 conference?

TCF 2022 will be held from Tuesday 17 May to Thursday 19 May 2022, with the TCF
Welcome Drinks held on the evening of Tuesday 17 May to start the event.

Q | Who should attend TCF 2022?

The registration for TCF 2022 is exclusively open to representatives from
Temenos customers, prospective partners, representatives from exhibiting
companies and other persons invited or approved by Temenos.

Q | How to book accommodation?

Temenos is holding room blocks at a number of nearby hotels. After completing
your registration, go to the accommodation page to view the list of hotels and
click on the hotel link of your choice to book your room. You will be prompted
to enter the corresponding Temenos reservation code to benefit from the TCF
group rate. Please note space is limited; we encourage you to book your
accommodation early to avoid disappointment.

Q | What type of sessions can I expect at TCF 2022?

Throughout the event we will be showcasing the latest innovation coming from
Temenos and its fast-growing ecosystem, through presentations and live demos. As
well as our solutions innovation, you will hear customer success case studies.

The agenda will also be packed full of practical use-cases and presentations on
the latest trends from Temenos, our customers, partners and industry experts.

There will be something for all attendees as the rich agenda will include
sessions on:

Registration

Q | How do I register to attend the conference?

You must be registered in order to attend this event. All invitees will receive
a unique registration access code by way of an email invitation to allow you to
register your attendance via the registration system. Please visit the Register
page of this site to register.

Q | I want to register for TCF 2022 but do not have a registration access code -
who do I contact?

To obtain your registration code please email temenostcf@temenos.com

Q | How do I amend, cancel or substitute my registration?

Once registered, you can amend or cancel your registration at any time by
logging back into the TCF 2022 Delegate Registration Site through the “Already
Registered” section on the registration homepage. You will need to enter the
email address with which you registered and the registration confirmation number
in order to access your details.

Please note that cancellations are subject to terms and conditions. Should you
need to cancel your registration, please  do not forget to cancel your
accommodation directly with the hotel where you have accommodation booked.   

Substitution of registration will be accepted up to close of business on Tuesday
10 May 2022.   All substitutions are handled by the TCF Conference Registration
Team, please email details of the substitution to:
temenostcf@conferencecontacts.co.uk. Please note that we will require full
contact/address details in order to successfully transfer the registration.

Q | Will I be charged for cancellation of my registration?

No refunds can be obtained for cancellations made on or after Monday 25 April
2022 but substitute delegates can be made up to close of business on Tuesday 10
May 2022. (See TCF Terms and Conditions)

Q | What is the deadline for registration?

The deadline for all registration bookings is Monday 9 May 2022.  Should you
need to register after this date please email
temenostcf@conferencecontacts.co.uk.

Q | I’m having a technical problem with my registration - who do I contact?

You will need to contact the TCF Conference Registration Team please email
temenostcf@conferencecontacts.co.uk

Q | Do I have to wear a name badge at the conference?

Yes. You have to collect your name badge from the delegate registration desk.
Details on registration opening hours and location will be published to all
attendees closer to the event date. Your name badge must be worn at all times
for security purposes and is required for admission to all conference sessions,
events and evening activities. If you are attending the Welcome Drinks on the
night of Tuesday 17 May please ensure you have collected your name badge. For
your safety, event security staff have been instructed to approach anyone who is
not wearing event identification.

 

Accommodation

Q | Is there a list of  TCF 2022 hotels?

Yes. Please visit the Accommodation section of the site which will provide
information on the suggested TCF hotels.

Q | Are special hotel rates available for TCF attendees?

Yes. Temenos has negotiated special rates at the suggested TCF hotels. More
details can be found under the Accommodation section.

Q | Is accommodation included in my conference delegate fee?

No. The conference registration fee (delegate pass fee) does not include hotel
accommodation costs, so we suggest you make your accommodation reservation with
one of the suggested TCF conference hotels listed under the Accommodation
section.  

Q | How do I make my hotel reservation for the conference?

You can make your TCF hotel reservation at one of the TCF conference hotels via
the Accommodation section under the Registration section of the site during your
registration process.

Q | How do I amend or cancel my hotel reservation?

Once registered, you can amend or cancel your hotel registration following the
process in the booking confirmation sent to you by the hotel. Please note that
cancellation terms and conditions apply.

Q | Will I be charged for cancellation of my hotel room?

Cancellation charges are in effect. Please see the Hotel Terms and Conditions
outlined in your hotel booking confirmation. For further information, please
contact the hotel directly.

Q | What methods of payment are available to pay my accommodation costs?

All Delegates will be required to pay for their stay, extra meals, any extras
and incidentals, directly to the Hotel upon check-out. The Hotel will ask for
the credit card of the Delegate at the time of check-in.

All Delegates will also be liable for fees for any no-shows or cancellations
related to their Hotel accommodation booking.

The Delegate guarantees payment of the Hotel Fees. Should the Delegate fail to
make payment of the Hotel Fees to the Hotel, Temenos reserves the right to
charge the Delegate the Hotel Fees, including any applicable no-shows,
cancellations  or incidentals  related to Hotel Registration and the Delegate
shall  immediately pay such Hotel Fees to Temenos.

Q | The dates I have requested for my accommodation are fully booked - how
should I proceed?

All accommodation bookings are subject to availability. If the dates you have
requested are unavailable then in the first instance, please contact the hotel
directly or select another hotel from the list.

In the event that all hotels from the suggested list are sold out, it is the
responsibility of the individual attendee to source their own accommodation.

Q | I wish to extend my stay outside of the key conference dates - how should I
proceed?

If you wish to extend your stay outside of the key conference dates please
contact the hotel where your room is booked to amend your booking.

Q | I am an early arrival - can I obtain an early check-in?

Please note that early check-in cannot be guaranteed and is subject to room
availability at the time of request. The only way to guarantee early check-in is
to book the night prior to your arrival. Please contact the hotel where you have
booked accommodation to make the necessary arrangements.

 

Conference Payments

Q | How much is the conference pass cost for attending TCF 2022?

Please refer to your official invitation for the registration cost for TCF 2022.

Q | What does the conference pass fee include?

The conference pass fee includes all conference sessions, welcome drinks, meals,
coffee breaks, exhibition access and TCF dinner as provided.

Q | What methods of payment are available to pay my conference fee?

Payment can be made by Credit Card or Wire Transfer. Cash payments cannot be
accepted. Please see Payments section.

Q | When do I have to pay my conference pass fee?

We must receive payment before we can confirm your place at TCF 2022. Admittance
to the conference will not be allowed without payment or proof of payment being
received in advance.

Q | I’m paying my conference pass fee by Credit Card - when will my card be
debited?

If you have selected to pay your conference fee by credit card, your card
details will be used to guarantee your attendance. Cards will be debited upon
registration.

Q | I’m paying my conference pass fee by Wire Transfer - when should I expect my
Conference Invoice?

Once you have registered fully on the registration site you will receive via
email a copy of your invoice - this is auto generated from the registration
site. You will also be provided with a link to a copy of your invoice via your
registration confirmation email.  If you have not received your invoice, please
email temenostcf@conferencecontacts.co.uk.

Q | Will I receive an electronic version of my conference invoice?

All invoices will be sent electronically via email. Hard copy invoices will be
provided on a request basis only. Requests should be sent to
temenostcf@conferencecontacts.co.uk.

Q | Can I pay for entry onsite?

No. All payments must be received in advance of the event dates. Any issues
related to this please email temenostcf@conferencecontacts.co.uk

 

Visa Applications

Q | I need a visa to attend TCF 2022 - what is the process?

If you are travelling from a country that requires you to obtain a visa you will
need to follow the outlined visa process. Full details can be found under Visa
Information section. All visa information needs to be completed on the
registration site.

 

General

Q | Dress Code - What should I wear during the conference?

The dress code for the conference is business casual for both the conference
sessions and evening events. Jacket and tie are not formally required for any of
the day or evening programme.

Q | What should I do if I require special assistance or have special dietary
needs?

During the conference registration process, you will be asked if you have any
special dietary needs or requests, please complete the appropriate section when
registering for the conference. If you require special assistance please email
the TCF 2022 Conference Registration Team at:

Q | When and how will I get access to the TCF Presentation Material?

TCF presentation material will be made available to TCF 2022 attendees through
the TCF event app.

 

TCF Expo – The Hive

Q | What are the opening hours of the The Hive?

The Hive will be open for the duration of the 2-day programme.

 

Transportation

Q | Are there transportation arrangements to and from the airport?

There are no transport arrangements provided from the airport to the TCF venue
or hotels on arrival.

Q | Are there transportation arrangements to the main conference venue - the
ExCel London?

Transportation is not provided. The ExCeL is easily accessible by taxi or public
transport. The closest DLR station is Prince Regent or Customs House. A number
of selected TCF hotels are within walking distance of the convention center. For
further information on how to get to the ExCeL, click here.

Q | Are there transportation arrangements to TCF 2022 evening social events?

Transportation is not provided.

 

Social Events

Q | When is the TCF 2022 Welcome Drinks taking place?

The TCF Welcome Drinks will be taking place on the evening of Tuesday 17 May
2022.  

Q | When is the TCF 2022 Conference Dinner taking place?

The TCF 2022 Conference Dinner will be taking place on the evening of Wednesday
18 May 2022. More information will be provided in due course.

Q | Can I bring a guest to the TCF 2022 evening social events?

No. Space is strictly limited at the venue so attendees are not able to bring a
guest with them to any of the TCF social events. The TCF social events are only
open to TCF attendees and your TCF name badge is required for admission to all
evening social events.
