In this business, private equity real estate experience matters! Our senior
management team, led by Mr. Kenneth A. Gee, has a combined 50+ years experience
in the real estate, private equity and lending arenas where they have been
involved in transactions valued at more than 2 billion. In addition, they have a
combined 50+ years of hands-on property ownership and/or management experience.
That experience includes managing more than 15,000 apartment units in the states
of Florida, Ohio and Pennsylvania. They utilize this experience to seek out
superior investment projects, to analyze potential transactions from a practical
perspective, and to develop a comprehensive, strategic plan for each project.
Finally, we have developed a Core Investment Discipline that serves as the
framework for all our investment decisions. We are very proud to say that this
disciplined approach to investing has enabled us to provide our investors with
extraordinary risk-adjusted returns on their investments with us.
