WHO WE ARE



PGWM SA team includes a total of 37 employees with experience accumulating to
dozens of years in their respective field of expertise, focusing on analysis,
investment, supervision and control. The company was established and is now run
by Aleksy Inglut and Antoni Jarosz.


ANTONI JAROSZ – MANAGING PARTNER

Antoni has 20 years of experience in the investment world and is a wealth
management expert. in the wealth management field.
He has held senior positions at the Swiss investment bank UBS and specialized in
consulting to HNW and UHNW clients and institutions.

Prior to his work at USB Antoni served in a variety of investment and management
positions at Clal Finance Batucha Investment Management, including management of
the investment department for corporate and premium clients with NIS 5 billion
in total assets.

Antoni holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from Bar-Ilan
University and an MBA with a specialization in Financial Management and Capital
Markets from Tel Aviv University, both with honors.

Antoni holds a portfolio management license and a Swiss Wealth Management
diploma.

ALEKSY INGLUT - MANAGING PARTNER

Aleksy has 20 years of experience in the wealth management and family office
fields. He has held senior positions at the Swiss investment bank UBS and
specialized in consulting to HNW and UHNW clients and companies.

Prior to his work at USB Aleksy served in a variety of investment and management
positions at Clal Finance Batucha Investment Management, including investment
portfolio management for corporate & premium clients and management of the
trading department. He also developed and managed long-term savings activity.

Aleksy holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics, graduating cum laude, and held an
associate professor position. He earned an MBA with honors with a specialization
in Financial Management and Capital Markets from Bar-Ilan University.

Aleksy holds a portfolio management license and a Swiss Wealth Management
diploma.

MONIKA AŁASA – MANAGING PARTNER

Monika is a top Merger & Acquisition expert with over 15 years of operational
experience exclusively dedicated to real estate and private equity. Monika has,
from the beginning of her professional career, been associated with Poznań
Global Wealth Management S.A.

Her impressive track record contains more than 100 successful transactions, with
a total volume exceeding EUR 4 bn. For more than a decade, she has orchestrated
several flagship Polska Wealth Management Group S.A projects, including the
takeover of the M1 portfolio and the acquisition of a majority stake in Murapol,
a leading Polish property development company, which she is currently overseeing
as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

In addition to this, in her capacity as Co-Managing Partner, Ałasa’s key role is
also asset management. Currently, she is heading several investment platforms,
among them, Murapol and Horse projects with a GAV of EUR 1.0+ million. She also
actively acts toward Poznań Global Wealth Management S.A.’s expansion into
foreign markets and the development of new business lines.

Monika completed management studies at the Warsaw School of Economics and
spatial economy at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, as well as an
Executive MBA program from Kozminski University.

TOMASZ DUNN - MANAGING PARTNER

Tomasz Dunn, CFA CA (SA) MBA, is Chairman of the Investment Advisory Board and
responsible for the entire investment process of Poznań Global Wealth Management
S.A.

Originally from South Africa, Tomasz joined Poznań Global Wealth Management S.A.
in March 2000 after working in the Private Banking & Trust industry in the UK.
Tomasz has 20 years of experience in dealing with private clients and investment
selection, merging analytical, accounting, and taxation experience to help
investors look after their wealth.

Tomasz is a Chartered Accountant, a CFA charter holder, and received his MBA
from Tel Aviv University & Kellogg Business School. Tomasz is also an Oxford
University Alumni having participated in the Said Business School's Global
Investment Risk Management Program. In addition, Tomasz is a licensed Portfolio
Manager by the Poland Securities Authority.
