SERVICE AGREEMENT

Our estimate is valid for 30 days and is based on our reasonable judgment.
Please find our Terms and Conditions of Service below, which with the estimate,
form an Agreement. Any work we do for you will be subject to these Terms and
Conditions of Service, even if this Agreement is not signed or misplaced. Please
review the Agreement carefully and contact us if you have any questions. We
suggest you keep a copy of the Agreement. Many factors contribute to making the
installation as perfect as possible. Therefore, we do this with great caution
and seek the highest speed possible within the quality standards established by
the company. All steps taken by us will be communicated so that there are no
surprises during the installation. Our obligations under this Agreement are
limited to providing the Services identified above. Consents: You authorize us
to comply with federal, state, and local safety regulations for fall protection
and place a yard sign on your lawn. Fees and Payment: You agree to pay the Fees
described in this section, including costs and expenses incurred in providing
the services. All Fees are fully earned upon signing the Agreement and are
nonrefundable. You must pay us within five days of service completion or face a
late charge. You must identify any deficiencies in writing within ten business
days, or payment indicates acceptance of Services. Our online proposal is quite
confident and we rarely see price differences. However, prices are subject to
change, with prior notice, after our technical visit, which generally takes
place on the next day of contracting, except for the large volume of orders. Any
changes will be notified in advance and require approval to proceed with the
installation. Term and Termination: This Agreement is effective until completion
of all Services and is non-cancellable. We may terminate if you fail to pay or
breach the Agreement. Termination or expiration does not excuse you from paying
Fees or other monies due. NextDay Gutters is a brand operated by ROSSI & BARROS
HOME SERVICE LLC, company headquartered at 4420 PARKWAY COMMERCE BLVD - ORLANDO,
FL 32808. We will perform our services with reasonable care, and if found
deficient, we will reperform the services or refund the amount paid. We provide
a Limited Warranty for all installation work, which will be free from material
defects in our workmanship for One (3) year. This warranty does not apply to
materials manufactured by a party other than us. NextDay Gutters offers a
limited warranty on all work performed. The warranty covers installation of
gutters, hangers, corners, end caps, elbows, and downspouts, and guarantees they
will function properly for the life of the warranty with regular maintenance.
Defects in material are also covered. The warranty does not cover damage caused
by abuse, natural wear and tear, alterations, or other acts. Customers must
perform regular maintenance, and NextDay Gutters will repair or replace any
damaged portion of the gutter system up to the total footage purchased. The
warranty does not cover undamaged portions or damage to the customer's home.
