Love the pull out swivel spray head that automatically retracts without causing spills. The power boost is my absolute favorite to get tough food from out quicker. The installation was done by a plumber who said it was very easy. By reading the manual, I think I would have been able to set it up fairly easy but because it’s dealing with water, I did not want to mess with the installation. The box came with everything needed. Did not install the soap dispenser initially but will be doing that in the new few days because it seems to be better…never had a soap dispenser before but now I keep looking at it and want to try it. Love the spot resistant stainless steel finish….really IS spot resistant. The tip of the faucet did have a very slight damage but it’s not that noticeable. I picked up this Moen Faucet for the look and great features it has to offer, the number one feature was mainly the spot resist on the finish of the faucet. This feature is great to have on the kitchen faucet due to the amount of use it gets. The faucet it self comes with everything need to be installed on the counter top, it can be used as a one or a three hole install. The pull down spout come's in very handy and looks great without having a separate sprayer next to it. Another great feature on the faucet is a power boost button on the side that will increase pressure when needed for rising off the stuck on food on pots and pans. Report Review Aug 24, 2022 Valve Leaked Due to Factory Not Assembling Correctly and Obviously not tested Before Packaging for Sale. The collar on the valve was not set tight enough at the factory and there was a major leak problem when the water was turned on. A lot of time was wasted checking all the hose fittings and such before it came clear the leak was in the valve. Then it took a good bit of time and research on the web to find the cause and cure. AND Moen support is closed evenings and weekends. And as a DYI person, a lot of my work was done on the weekend. So I am not real happy with Moen now. I'll use Delta next time. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced my old faucet that had seen better days about a month ago. My husband installed the new Moen Haelyn faucet quite effortlessly. I was impressed because I thought that it would have taken a little more time and effort. It has a classic, beautiful, look to it. Upon using it, I realized what I had been missing with our old faucet. The Moen Haelyn is strong and sturdy. You can feel the quality in your hands when you reach for the sprayer. When you put it back it fits securely and does not fall back into the sink like our old one did. The water pressure/flow is nice and the lever to change water temperature is easy to change with very little effort. I don’t have to wipe fingerprints and smudges off of the faucet, it stays very clean. I just wipe it down with my Lysol wipes when cleaning the kitchen. I hated how my old faucet would get spots and prints on it almost every day and would need to be wiped down frequently. I was pleased that it is spot resistant and the stainless steel matches everything in my kitchen. I love the soap pump, it replaced a covered hole that we previously had (We never installed the soap pump but the hole was cut out allowing an easy installation of one). It’s great having my dish soap easily accessible to pump right onto the sponge.
