We got the scare of our lives when we thought our walls might be covered in
asbestos.  uk-asbestos were super speedy to send someone round and collect a
sample. Whilst this might be more expensive than a D.I.Y and send it off
service, we got the added benefit of having an expert tell us that even if the
result came back positive there would only be a tiny percentage of asbestos and
nothing to worry about.  That info was well worth the bit extra to have someone
come and sample (never mind not having to consider any precautions we might need
to take when gathering a sample).

WHY DO YOU NEED AN ASBESTOS MANAGEMENT SURVEY IN NORTHAMPTON?

According to extensive medical research and the NHS for prolonged asbestos
exposure, was determined that people can develop severe health problems such as
asbestosis.



Asbestosis is a life-threatening medical condition that can create serious
complications. People with asbestosis have a higher risk of developing pleural
disease, mesothelioma, and lung cancer.  



The government has passed a law for "The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012"
informing the large public about the risk of asbestos and the importance of
conducting an asbestos risk assessment.



Considering that asbestos becomes dangerous only when disturbed, you need an
asbestos refurb and asbestos demolition survey conducted before any construction
work is carried out.



The surveys must be completed on any building built before 2000, regardless of
the building use, residential or commercial. 
 

It is extremely important to make sure that whichever asbestos survey your
structure requires, you should ensure it is carried out by licensed,
professionally trained asbestos surveyors who can operate in accordance with the
