     My treatment at the hotel was totally biased and the note left in my room
     proved it. Stay at your own risk if you don’t mind being embarrassed based

     WONDERFUL STAY
     
     I was only there about 13 hours. But Every need was met, the room was
     Immaculate.
     As a platinum elite member I also received a wonderful upgrade to a suite.

     Since we checked in we have noticed that the housekeeping performance was
     below average and we kept telling the front desk almost daily about missing
     items in our rooms which was very annoying because we stayed for 9 days.

     PROBABLY THE BEST HOTEL IN AMMAN
     
     I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Amman. It's near all the
     main shopping areas. The hotel has amazing services and the staff is super
     friendly and will accommodate your needs. The rooms are absolutely amazing
     and the bathrooms are even better.

     GREAT NIGHT AT W AMMAN
     
     We had a great night at the W Amman. The stuff was super nice, checked us
     in early as we arrived exhausted from the airport, upgraded our room as we
     are elite members and brought us some sweets. We felt very appreciated and
     extremely comfortable in our room!
