Reassuring and listens intently. Truly, I do not know anyone whom I was impressed with more. He articulated my desires within 30 mins of meeting and culimated choice phrases in his description of the property giving the discerning, potential tenants a wide view of not only the property but everything surrounding it. He included it's convenient location, and has added paperwork which is smooth and taken the full stress out of the transition. I am at the other side of being guided through Letting out my property. Mitch pitched the perfect price to gain the perfect tenant. Literally the property was placed on the rental market on a Monday, potential tenant visited the property on the Wednesday, deposit and 1st month's rent, Thursday. All paperwork for both parties, including all certificates, inventory list, signed and sealed and keys handed over by the following Friday!!! So turn round was 10 days. In the end a very happy Landlord and very happy tenant! Mitch stands out for not only being a "Letting specialist" but making the client feel special.
